Ways of shipping – receipt of products:

The aim of the Ionian Divers e-shop is the immediate and safe shipment of the customer's
order and the quick receipt of the order.
For this reason, our store cooperates with the courier company ACS as well as with the
transport company BELEHAS for Greece and with DHL for international shipments.

Orders within Greece

1. For orders within Greece the customer has the following options:
   1. Send orders via courier:
    For orders up to 100€ the cost is 5,00€.
   Additional charges:
    Replacement: 1,70€
    Delivery on Saturday: 2,00€
    Extra shipping insurance: 6€ (if the customer wishes).
    For orders over 100€ the shipping is free of charge.
2. 2. Shipment by transport company.
    For orders of large volume or weight, the customer can choose to send by a
   transport company. The product is picked up from the agency's headquarters in
   Athens or transported to an agency of the customer's choice, if the order concerns
   an area outside Athens.
    Transport from Patras to the agency's headquarters in Athens is free of charge.
3. 3. Pick-up from the store:
    The customer can pick up his order from our store, Australias 111 in Patras.

Orders from abroad

1.  The orders for abroad are executed with the courier company DHL.
    The shipping cost is determined based on the company's pricing policy for each
   country.
    The customer can choose between DHL Express and DHL Economy services
   depending on the country where the order is to be shipped.
